He remarked on Cabrera's dedication and patriotism, stating, "Congratulations to my dear friend @KMCabreraFL on being confirmed as the U.S. Ambassador to Panama! Kevin is a true patriot and dedicated public servant committed the cause of freedom in our region, and with a clear understanding of putting America’s interests first.".
