Miami Beach median home prices fell by 44.3% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Miami Beach fell by $367,500 while total sales increased by 6900%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 350 homes sold, with a median sale price of $462,500 - a 44.3% decrease over the $830,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Miami Beach in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Miami Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,352, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
