Hialeah (unincorporated) median home prices rose by 7.1% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Hialeah (unincorporated) rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Hialeah (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hialeah (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,390, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
