The fourth quarter of 2021: Cutler Bay experienced a 16.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cutler Bay rose by $56,500 while total sales increased by 73.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 220 homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,500 - a 16.4% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Cutler Bay in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cutler Bay for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,943, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
