The fourth quarter of 2021: Miami Shores experienced a 32.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Miami Shores rose by $214,750 while total sales increased by 75.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $877,250 - a 32.4% increase over the $662,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Miami Shores in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Miami Shores for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,536, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
