Hialeah (unincorporated) home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Hialeah (unincorporated) rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 73.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 319 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $248,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 184 homes sold in Hialeah (unincorporated) in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hialeah (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,390, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
