Pricing for the median home in Doral increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Doral rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 70.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 637 homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,500 - a 9.2% increase over the $332,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 373 homes sold in Doral in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Doral for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,966, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
