The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Opa-Locka (unincorporated) rose by $48,000 while total sales increased by 88.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,500 - a 15.1% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Opa-Locka (unincorporated) in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Opa-Locka (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,303, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
