Median home prices in Miami Lakes rose to $407,500 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Miami Lakes rose by $23,750 while total sales increased by 50.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 190 homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,500 - a 6.2% increase over the $383,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in Miami Lakes in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Miami Lakes for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,991, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
