Sunny Isles Beach median home prices rose by 29.3% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Sunny Isles Beach rose by $99,500 while total sales increased by 158.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 624 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,500 - a 29.3% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 241 homes sold in Sunny Isles Beach in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sunny Isles Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,584, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
