How did home prices perform in Golden Beach during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Golden Beach rose by $3,775,000 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $6,275,000 - a 151% increase over the $2,500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Golden Beach in the second half of 2020.
