2021: Hialeah experienced a 1.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Hialeah fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 55.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 2,133 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $265,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,373 homes sold in Hialeah in 2020.

The median sales tax in Hialeah for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,396, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for 2021.
