2021: Home prices in Aventura increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Aventura rose by $57,500 while total sales increased by 150.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 2,509 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 20.4% increase over the $282,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,003 homes sold in Aventura in 2020.

The median sales tax in Aventura for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,112, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for 2021.
