Miami Springs home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Miami Springs rose by $39,650 while total sales increased by 47%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 197 homes sold, with a median sale price of $453,500 - a 9.6% increase over the $413,850 median sale price for the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Miami Springs in 2020.
