The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Miami Beach rose by $140,100 while total sales increased by 153.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 4,767 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 38.9% increase over the $359,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,879 homes sold in Miami Beach in 2020.
