On November 17, 2024, Díaz-Balart announced his upcoming appearance on "Al Punto Florida" with Ambrosio Hernández via Univision23. He encouraged followers not to miss the segment by stating: "NUEVO Hoy a las 11 a.m. estare en el programa 'Al Punto Florida' con @AmbrosioU23 por @Univision23. ¡No se lo pierda!"
The following day, November 18, 2024, he expressed concerns about domestic and international issues under the current administration. He stated: "For 4 years, Americans have had to deal with rising living costs, a border crisis, rising crime, and a feckless foreign policy that has put our national security interests and allies at risk."
