Mario Díaz-Balart, a longstanding member of the U.S. Congress representing Florida's 26th District, has taken to social media to share recent legislative and community engagements. With a career in public service dating back to his time in the Florida House of Representatives and Senate, Díaz-Balart continues to advocate for policy initiatives and participate in significant local events.

On January 23, 2025, Mario Díaz-Balart expressed his support for a legislative initiative by co-sponsoring H.R. 21, known as the “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.” In his post, he stated: "I proudly co-sponsored H.R. 21, the 'Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act,' to ensure that infant newborns who survive an abortion are protected and given a chance to live." He emphasized that "this is not a complicated issue" and advocated that "every innocent child deserves the opportunity to live."

The following day, on January 24, 2025, Díaz-Balart invited followers to join him for a live appearance on Fox Business Network. He posted: "Join me LIVE this morning at 7:25 AM on @MorningsMaria @FoxBusiness" This appearance aligns with his ongoing engagement with national media platforms.

Later that day, Díaz-Balart shared details about attending an important local event. He tweeted: "My team had the honor of attending the installation ceremony for Miami-Dade County Clerk of Court and Comptroller, the Honorable Juan Fernandez-Barquin." He acknowledged Clerk Fernandez-Barquin's commitment to "accountability, transparency, and efficiency in our legal system."
